Directions

First, shampoo hair. Apply a generous amount of RPR Professional Blondes Who Bond Shampoo to wet hair, gently massaging through the scalp and mid-lengths. Leave on for 1–5 minutes depending on the level of toning desired, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Follow with RPR Professional Blondes Who Bond Conditioner, applying generously from mid-lengths to ends. Leave for 2–5 minutes, then rinse well for enhanced strength, shine, and moisture retention.
